Refund & Return Policy
At Summit Court Academy, all program registrations, clinic fees, lesson packages, event fees, merchandise purchases, and other academy-related sales are considered final at the time of purchase.
Because our programs require advance planning, limited roster spots, coaching commitments, court scheduling, and administrative preparation, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits once payment has been submitted.
This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

Academy program registrations

Group clinics and camps

Private or semi-private lesson packages

Special events and tournaments

Apparel, merchandise, and equipment purchases

Sponsorships, donations, or promotional offers
Missed classes, voluntary withdrawals, scheduling conflicts, weather-related interruptions, or changes in personal availability do not qualify for a refund or credit. When possible, Summit Court Academy may attempt to reschedule weather-affected sessions or provide alternative programming, but this is not guaranteed and does not create an obligation for reimbursement.
By completing a purchase or registration with Summit Court Academy, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
Summit Court Academy reserves the right to make exceptions only in rare circumstances and at its sole discretion. Any approved exception must be confirmed in writing by Summit Court Academy.
